Just over a third of Australia’s business operators are women (34%), and their numbers are rising (source). International Women's Day is a time to not only recognise and celebrate the impact that women have in business, but also the social, economic, cultural and political contributions of women. At IPS we have a predominantly female workforce; read below as some of our team share their thoughts about what being a woman in the workplace means to them.
To celebrate the important contribution that women make in business, we are offering a free one-hour consultation for a woman in business with one of our expert consultants. This consultation can be done either in-person or online depending on the circumstances. Entries are open to all Australian states.
If you would like to go into the draw, please fill out the form below by Wednesday 10 March, 9am AWST. The winner will be announced on Wednesday 10 March, 12pm AWST. ![]() This week we bid farewell to Kristal Kinsela, a founding member of IPS Management Consultants.
