OnTrack Program Wins 'Above and Beyond Award' for Outstanding Mentorship and Support

We are proud to share that the Armadale Line Upgrade Alliance (ALUA) OnTrack Team led by IPS Management Consultants (IPS) has won the 'Above and Beyond Award' at the Nudge NGO Annual Sundowner and Training Awards 2024!​

This Award honours teams that go the extra mile to support mentees, trainees, and apprentices, empowering young people to thrive in their careers and personal lives. We are deeply grateful for this recognition and proud to be part of such meaningful work!

This achievement marks the culmination of a remarkable journey that began with 105 trainees in the OnTrack Program, 87 trainees have graduated, with 57 employed on the ALUA project, 25 employed external of the project, 44% of all graduates identify as First Nations people, 30% are Female. Additionally, $103k in court-imposed fines were expiated through the Work Development Payment Scheme (WDPS).

This Award is a testament to the collective dedication, passion, and teamwork that has driven the success of the OnTrack Program. We extend our deepest thanks to all our partners and stakeholders who have contributed to this achievement. This award recognises the impact of the OnTrack Program, a legacy sustainable employment initiative IPS delivered for the WA Government’s groundbreaking $1b METRONET Victoria Park-Canning Level Crossing Removal Project - Western Australia’s first major elevated rail project.
