Kristy McKenzieAboriginal Participation Coordinator
Kristy is a Noongar woman from Perth who is part of the Wilman Tribe, on her mothers’ side of the family. She has been an active member of the community for many years, has coached both her daughter’s netball teams and been an active volunteer during the NAIDOC and many other netball carnivals. Kristy comes to IPS with an extensive background in coaching and development, training and team leadership. She has a passion for working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and has over 8 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre environment.
This includes coaching and development, mentoring, facilitating training, recruitment and team management. Kristy has experience in developing and facilitating national company training modules and implementing new contact centre systems, process and technology. Prior to this, Kristy has years of experience in customer service and administration and has completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration and many coaching and development training courses. Kristy has a passion to engage Aboriginal people and businesses and form relationships to help create cultural awareness within the workforce and community. |
