Currently serving as Executive Lead with IPS Management Consultants, Kylie has held senior leadership roles including Director of First Nations Education at Catholic Education Diocese of Cairns and Aboriginal Engagement Manager in the mining and energy sectors. Her ability to navigate complex environments and build authentic relationships with First Nations communities, industry leaders, and government stakeholders has consistently delivered measurable outcomes. Kylie’s expertise spans Aboriginal education enhancement, strategic planning, cultural competency, and community engagement. She is known for her courage in challenging the status quo, designing innovative frameworks, and infusing culturally safe practices that align with both community aspirations and organisational goals.
