Last week, participants in the Thrive Program in Kilkenny, South Australia, had the opportunity to connect with Cameron Wood, Executive Director from our Perth office, and Marlon Motlop, Delivery Lead from our Adelaide office. Following the program’s graduation, Cameron and Marlon joined participants in a yarning circle, creating a space for open conversation, shared experiences, and reflection. It was a powerful moment of connection, where participants spoke about their journeys, future aspirations, and the impact the program has had on their lives. One participant, Clarence Brady, was particularly inspired by Delivery Lead Shaquille McKenzie. Together, Shaquille, Cameron, and Marlon spent time discussing Clarence’s goals, offering guidance and encouragement as he considers his next steps. These meaningful interactions highlight what makes the Thrive Program so impactful. Through mentorship, cultural connection, and genuine conversation, participants are supported to build confidence, strengthen their sense of purpose, and recognise the possibilities ahead, an approach aligned with IPS’s broader work in Leadership & Peak Performance and Workforce Transformation.
