Hera Expands NDIS Support Services into Perth and Mandurah

We’re thrilled to announce a significant milestone in the journey of IPS's NDIS Support Services provider, HERA, to provide compassionate, client-focused NDIS support services across Western Australia. For the first time, Hera is expanding into Perth and Mandurah, welcoming two exceptional new team members who will lead our efforts in these regions.

Welcome Vicky Morrison – Perth Region
Vicky brings a wealth of experience as a highly experienced teacher in the Education Support setting. Having seen, firsthand, the difficulties that families were having navigating the NDIS and accessing good supports, Vicky wanted to do more to support them and their children. This desire to empower families led to her moving into support coordination.

With a deep personal knowledge and understanding of the joy and the challenges of having children with additional needs, along with experience supporting both children and adults in a previous Support Coordinator role, Vicky has the skills, knowledge and attitude to get the best results for participants and their families.

Welcome Vien Sumbulan – Mandurah Region
Vien comes with an extensive nursing experience from the Philippines, building skills in establishing rapport to clients, patient centred assessment, case management, coordinating and emphasizing the importance of client goals. Ensuring the wellbeing of those in our care requires not only clinical but also the ability to foster trust and engagement with clients and their families.

Vien wholeheartedly believes that effective coordination and management among team members leads to better outcomes for our clients. His presence marks an exciting new chapter for Hera in the Peel region.
