IPS Congratulates AICD on their First Innovate RAP

IPS Management Consultants is proud to have worked with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) on their Innovate RAP journey! 

IPS First Nations Advisory team recently conducted an independent review of their delivery, assessing the breadth and impact of their activities and identifying opportunities to further their reconciliation journey.

IPS assists clients with the development, review, and evaluation of Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) to build a framework for organisations to engage in reconciliation actions and build relationships with Aboriginal Australians. Additionally, we provide support for implementing RAP actions.

We are delighted to share that AICD have started implementing the recommendations provided in our review report, including the establishment of a First Nations sector lead position.

By implementing the recommendations from IPS' review report, AICD is demonstrating its commitment to reconciliation and creating a more inclusive workplace.

This is an important example of how organisations can take concrete steps towards reconciliation by actively seeking out and implementing recommendations from independent reviews.

AICD's actions are not only beneficial for First Nations people but also for the organisation as a whole, by fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace culture, and helping to build stronger relationships with First Nations communities.
