Case Studies

• THRIVE program | Workforce Australia

  IPS has delivered Thrive to two cohorts of participants through Workforce Australia providers and continues to engage with providers to support future delivery. Facilitators used interactive, trauma-informed approaches to create a safe and engaging learning environment, encouraging participation and self-reflection. The program was delivered in partnership with employment service providers to ensure wraparound support, and ongoing feedback from participants was used to inform continuous improvement in both content and facilitation style. Participants reported increased confidence, improved communication, and a stronger sense of purpose. Many went on to complete training or pursue work with renewed motivation. The program has been recognised as an effective tool for preparing individuals, especially First Nations participants for employment pathways.
