IPS Management Consultants (IPS) was established by co-founders Katina Law and Damien Chalk in 2015, trading as Indigenous Professional Services.

More than simply offering consulting services or creating work for themselves, Katina and Damien created IPS with a vision to create better futures for the wider community, and a purpose to create more pathways to self-determination for First Nations people.

Since then, IPS has grown to employ over 50 staff in offices around Australia. IPS has always maintained its independence and has created employment and ​business ownership opportunities for staff as it grew. Amidst the rapid growth, IPS has proudly always continued to maintain its majority First Nations-ownership certification.
