IPS Management Consultants (IPS) was established by co-founders Katina Law and Damien Chalk in 2015, trading as Indigenous Professional Services.

Katina and Damien created IPS with a vision beyond offering themselves, to create better futures for the wider community, and a purpose to create more pathways to self-determination for First Nations people.

Since then, IPS has grown to employ over 50 staff in offices around Australia. IPS has always maintained its independence and has created employment and ​business ownership opportunities for staff as it grew. Amidst the rapid growth, IPS has proudly always continued to maintain its majority First Nations-ownership certification.​​​

Our capabilities are diverse and our people are talented, passionate, and committed to great outcomes. We develop innovative programs and provide consulting services to federal, state and local government agencies, Tier 1 corporates and small-medium businesses.
