Case Studies

• IBA Business Impact Assessments

  We worked with Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) to deliver Business Impact Assessments for the Indigenous business community affected by the Covid 19 pandemic.

• DESBT Queensland Small Business Disaster Recovery

  IPS worked with the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT) in 2021 and 2022 to support regional and remote small businesses in Queensland, dealing with impacts of the monsoon and COVID -19. IPS Consultants engaged with and supported impacted businesses and facilitated connection to ongoing advisory and recovery services via DESBT’s business concierge program.

• Feasibility Study - C-res Local Buying Foundation

  IPS was engaged by the Local Buying Foundation in December 2021 to conduct a feasibility study into the delivery of a local business capability building program in the East Pilbara region and the Town of Port Hedland. The objectives of this study were to analyse local population demographics and forecasts, understand the requirements of small local businesses, determine the organisations that currently support their business development, and develop a new program that could be delivered to build on local capabilities and opportunities for growth in current and emerging industries.
