IPS is the current supplier of the Australian Taxation Office's Middle Management Development Program. This is a program delivering quality leadership and management training, whilst recognising the continuing journey of the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) in cultural transformation.

Our methodology outlines the delivery of consistent, scalable and flawless quality facilitation of the program, supported by proven project management and coordination systems and an experienced and dedicated delivery team.

The program consists of a range of leadership modules, including the Contemporary Manager, Managing People and Managing for Outcomes. These are conducted by highly-skilled IPS facilitators in regional and metropolitan locations around Australia.

A key to the program’s ongoing success is the strong collaborative relationship between IPS and the ATO. The IPS team have worked shoulder to shoulder with the ATO to ensure the program remains relevant and delivers best practice outcomes.

​IPS continues to be engaged by the ATO as its Management Development Program supplier, based on the participant feedback, outcomes and success of the program.
