Jackie GrahamWorkforce Transformation - Executive Lead
Jackie is the Executive Lead for the Workforce Transformation service offering at IPS. With a bachelor’s degree in social work and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, Jackie has dedicated her career to improving the lives of others by helping to address systemic barriers to participation and social justice.
Jackie is a highly motivated professional manager who combines extensive practical knowledge and experience to any leadership role. Previous roles have included vocational rehabilitation; developing and implementing quality service delivery models (government and industry specific); training and workforce development. As an executive manager, Jackie managed state and commonwealth contractual and legislative compliance requirements for employment programs and developed quality management systems through a Clinical Governance Framework. With over 25 years’ experience, Jackie’s career has focused on providing contemporary and quality-driven programs that have helped to safeguard and protect the health, wellbeing, and human rights of individuals. Jackie’s role as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor is further emblematic of her commitment to health and well-being of individuals. |
