Melinda ElyBusiness Advisory - Consultant
Melinda is a proud Wiilman Noongar woman from Bunbury, WA. With over two decades of experience as a self-taught bookkeeper, her expertise has been further solidified by the achievement of a Certificate 4 in Bookkeeping and Accounting. Melinda is devoted to working within Aboriginal organisations. and has been with IPS for over six years, witnessing the company's growth from its early stages. This professional journey provided her with valuable opportunities to enhance her skills.
In October 2023, Melinda decided to embark on her next career journey with the support of IPS, joining the Business Advisory Team. In this role, Melinda actively works with Aboriginal Businesses, striving to facilitate the realisation of their goals and supporting each enterprise in reaching its full potential. Melinda places a strong emphasis on cultivating an environment that is culturally safe for these businesses, an endeavour for which she holds deep gratitude. |
