IPS Management Consultants have been awarded Supply Nation’s Certified Supplier of the Year for the second year in a row. The award was proudly accepted by directors Katina Law, Kristal Kinsela and Damien Chalk in front of 1200 people at Supply Nation’s glittering ceremony at the International Convention Centre in Sydney on May 9. The Certified Supplier of the Year Award, sponsored by Telstra, recognises a Certified Supplier that has driven significant growth in their business and demonstrated ongoing engagement with Supply Nation and its members. The award winner is required to have demonstrated significant Supplier Diversity leadership, advocacy and engagements, as well as organisational growth. “We are incredibly honoured to have received this award for the second year in a row,” Managing Director Kristal Kinsela said. “As a relatively young business, we’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved in facing challenges as an Indigenous business, building a strong brand and forcing open the doors to opportunity.”
The award followed on the heels of the launch of Kristal's first book, Supplier Diversity How, at the Connect tradeshow. The book is the first to be published in Australia on the topic of Supplier Diversity in an Australian context.
Kristal also MC'd the Knowledge Forum, which featured an incredible line up of speakers including Indigenous businesses, international experts, government and corporates.
