Farewell to Kristal Kinsela

This week we bid farewell to Kristal Kinsela, a founding member of IPS Management Consultants. For the five years that Kristal has been with IPS, she has delivered outstanding levels of commitment and dedication, and our organisation has developed into a national award-winning business. On behalf of the IPS team and our clients, we sincerely thank Kristal for her service, and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

Kristal has served as Managing Director since February 2019 and has helped lead the company through a period of strong growth, including through the challenges of the COVID pandemic experienced in 2020.

Through her role, Kristal has been a strong advocate of supplier diversity and creating opportunities for Indigenous Australians. In 2019 Kristal published her first book Supplier Diversity How: A Five-Step Guide to Supplier Diversity in an Australian Context.

Kristal has received numerous awards recognising her commitment to Supplier Diversity and the Indigenous Business Sector, including:

• 2017 Supply Nation Supplier Diversity Advocate of the Year
• 2017 NSW Aboriginal Woman of the Year
• 2019 Indigenous Defence Leader of the Year
• 2019 AFR 100 Women of Influence list

 
IPS continues to provide a diverse range of innovative and focused consultancy services for our clients, from Federal and State Governments, corporates, not-for-profits, communities and Aboriginal organisations. Our business, current projects and service offerings will be led by our three experienced Executive Directors – Katina Law and Damien Chalk (founding Directors), and Jahna Cedar – and supported by our dedicated team of 30 based across Western Australia and Victoria.
