This week we bid farewell to Kristal Kinsela, a founding member of IPS Management Consultants. For the five years that Kristal has been with IPS, she has delivered outstanding levels of commitment and dedication, and our organisation has developed into a national award-winning business. On behalf of the IPS team and our clients, we sincerely thank Kristal for her service, and wish her all the best in her future endeavours. Kristal has served as Managing Director since February 2019 and has helped lead the company through a period of strong growth, including through the challenges of the COVID pandemic experienced in 2020. Through her role, Kristal has been a strong advocate of supplier diversity and creating opportunities for Indigenous Australians. In 2019 Kristal published her first book Supplier Diversity How: A Five-Step Guide to Supplier Diversity in an Australian Context.
