As we wrap up for the year, here's a quick overview of our achievements in 2022:

2022 has been a year of growth and success for IPS, and we thank you for your support this year.

We are thrilled to have been named as State Finalists in the Indigenous Excellence category of the Telstra Best of Business Awards 2023.

Along with this great achievement, we have had many new team members join the IPS Journey this year from across Australia, as we establish a stronger nation-wide presence.

In 2022, the IPS team has been busy delivering workshops, sessions and meaningful programs to clients Australia-wide, living our company values of Inspire, Purpose, Service, and Opportunity.

Our impact in 2022:
IPS Business Advisory (BA) team have delivered approximately 4,490 advisory sessions/workshops this year, and engaged with over 5,479 participants/clients, investing around 4,725 hours delivering these sessions.

This year has also seen our Organisational Capability (OC) team partner with government and private industry to create and develop truly inclusive organisations, leaders and teams across the nation. The OC team oversaw 605 hours of workshops, 77 hours of thinking styles debriefs and 116 hours of coaching, reaching more than 1800 aspiring leaders, experienced managers and executives.

IPS Research, Policy and Evaluation, and Indigenous Advisory teams have also been busy this year delivering a number of meaningful programs to government and corporate clients, that assist in creating long-lasting social change for our communities.

This year, IPS has also introduced a new service offering: 'Workforce Solutions'. Our team have recognised the significant gap in sustainable employment across different industries, and through Workforce Solutions we aim to fill that gap, as we work collaboratively with clients across various sectors to understand specific workforce needs.
