Meet the Co-CEOs of IPS

We are proud to announce that our Executive Director, Katina Law and Organisational Capability Executive Lead, Julie Hillier have been jointly appointed to the role of CEO of IPS Management Consultants.
 
IPS is Australia’s leading Independent First Nations-owned consultancy business. From humble beginnings in 2015, we are very proud of what we have achieved and where IPS is now placed, an organisation which is authentically values driven and client-centric in our project delivery.
 
IPS has always been led by strong inspiring women. We are honoured to have Katina and Julie lead us through the next stage of transition and growth at IPS.
 
Katina Law is a founding partner of IPS, with extensive executive-level experience and a specialist skillset in commercial and business strategy, financial management and corporate governance.  She has also established and grown a number of successful businesses. Katina has held senior roles nationally and internationally.

​Julie Hillier has a depth of experience in strategic human resources and organisational capability.

Katina and Julie both hold significant high profile community roles and work with a number of not-for-profit organisations.
