The IPS Leading Organisations and Culture module in the IPS Leadership Framework focuses on change from the top down. Themes include how to create an organisational vision, leading a team to engage and align with the vision and its strategies; how to drive, embed and sustain transformational change.
Topics may include design thinking, leading change, setting an integrity culture, and drawing on various models including the Five dysfunctions of a team, or the SCARF model.
Outcomes for this module include how to better lead change, and build a strong culture that supports learning, high expectations, and continuous improvement.
